This happens when the player loses connection to the game server. Disconnecting from the game in mid-battle will result in a loss.
Before starting attacks, make sure that you are using a stable network with a reliable connection.
If the upgrade didn’t finish or didn’t happen, you most likely had a connectivity error.

To create Alliance, you must first repair Alliance Hideout. After that you will be able to create Alliance by tapping on the Alliance tab. It costs 250 Gems to create an Alliance.
The ability to request help is a perk that can be unlocked in the Technology Tree. It is located in the Economy branch and is called Advanced Architecture.
The ability to request troops is a perk that can be unlocked in the Technology Tree. It is the 1st perk Economy branch called Army Reserve.
Boss or Adviser can unlock them in the Technology Tree. They can be found in the Development branch.
Each player contributes a certain % of their Fame Points. Top players in the alliance contribute most points according to this table:
It is the heart of an Alliance. It is the place where you can unlock perks that give bonuses to Alliance members
You can earn Personal Credits by completing Bounties and helping Alliance members with help requests and by donating troops. You can use them in Alliance Exchange to purchase items unlocked by the Alliance Boss or Adviser.
Alliance Credits are earned by doing Bounties. These credits can be exchanged for Tech Points or Shield Points in Alliance Exchange by the Boss or Adviser.
Tech Points are used to unlock new researches in the Technology Tree.
Shield Points are used to stock up Shields that Alliance members can activate for themselves (needs to be unlocked in Technology Tree).
Tech Points can be purchased with Alliance Credits by Boss or Adviser and can be used to unlock new researches in the Technology Tree.
Shield Points can be purchased with Alliance Credits by the Boss or Adviser. Alliance leaders can use them to stock up Shields.
Boss or Adviser can unlock them in the Technology Tree. They can be found in the Development branch.
Bounties are essential for the success of the Alliance. They are tasks that Alliance members can do to earn Personal and Alliance credits. There are 4 different Bounty Packs that can be unlocked in the Technology Tree:
Each pack has 3 Bounty difficulties: Easy, Medium, and Hard.
Before Alliance members have access to Bounties, they need to be unlocked in the Technology Tree by Boss or Adviser.
Players can start Bounties free of charge but after a bounty is taken, the cooldown based on the difficulty of the Bounty begins. If the player decides to cancel the Bounty or completes bounty before cooldown ends they have to wait until they can start another Bounty.
When a player takes a Bounty, they consume one Bounty from the Bounty pack no matter if they complete it or not.
Bounty stock refreshes at the start of each new week.
Alliance Wars is a strategic battle event between two Alliances of roughly equal strength. Alliance Wars have three phases:
1. Registration Phase: Alliance Boss or Adviser will be able to register their Alliance and choose members that will participate in the Alliance Wars.
Once the Alliance is registered, players can’t be edited, nor registration can be canceled.
If a member leaves the Alliance in meantime, they will still appear in this week's Alliance war and won’t be able to join an Alliance War with a different Alliance.
2. Preparation Phase In the Preparation Phase, participating Alliance members can optimize their base layouts, scout their enemies and Donate Units.
Donated units will be used as defense units in the Battle phase. Each member can receive units based on alliance hideout level. Each player can donate up to 5 units to one member.
Once the preparation phase has ended no new units can be donated for the war base.
Note: These units won't appear on the player’s main base and can't be used in Multiplayer attacks.
3. Battle Phase In the Battle Phase, each Alliance member has 2 attacks which can be used on any 2 different opponent bases.
If several Alliance members attack the same opponent, only the best attack counts towards the Alliance victory Stars.
The Alliance with the most victory Stars at the end of the Battle day is declared the winner.
Matchmaking is based on a culmination of in-game factors including but not limited to activities such as the Alliance Fame, contribution, league placement, or rank.
War Win Bonus is a reward given to each Alliance once the Battle Phase is over. The winning Alliance receives 100% of the War Win Bonus while the defeated Alliance receives 30%. In case of a draw, each Alliance receives 50% of the War Win Bonus.
After the Battle phase ends, players will receive bonus loot.
The Alliance must have enough members to be able to start Alliance War. To participate, players must join Alliance before the Registration Phase and need to be selected by Boss or Adviser.
An Alliance member can be removed by the Alliance Boss, Adviser, or Commanders. It is done by tapping on a member in the Member tab.
You can cancel your ongoing upgrades by locating your current upgrade and tapping on “x”. Afterward you will need to confirm cancelation by tapping on “OK”.
Please note that only 50% of the resources that you have spent to make the upgrade will be refunded.
Daily Quests are tasks that you can do to receive additional rewards as Cash, Energy and VIP Points.
Quests refresh every 24h. There are 12 in total - 8 of them are easy, 3 normal and 1 hard.
All equipment starts with Common substats. In total, there are five substats levels: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Exotic. There are four token levels: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary.
The price of recalibrating one substat is 1 Gunsmith Token. The Player can use any token to recalibrate substats.
Beware: the received substat level depends on the Token used.
For example, a Player has a Rare Substat and decides to use Common Token - the substat most likely will downgrade to Common Substat after recalibration (there is still a chance that it may stay as Rare or become higher level, but it is pretty slim). But if an Epic token is used, an Epic Substat will most likely be received with a small chance of receiving even Legendary or Exotic.
Using higher-level Tokens reduces the risk of downgrading the substat and gives a higher chance of receiving corresponding or higher-level substat.
If you want a higher chance of receiving Common Substat - use Common Token; Rare Substat - use Rare token; Epic Substat - use Epic token; Legendary or Exotic Substat - use Legendary token.
Tip: avoid using lower-level tokens on higher-level substats as it will downgrade the existing substat.
Currently, the max Core level is 21.
Currently, the max Hero level is 21.
